Over the years I’ve noticed that such a simple concept tends to get overly complicated by us humans. To understand how aquaponics works, we need to look at how the environment works at a deeper level. Not just having fish in water and expecting plants to grow.
At the same time, we don’t need to over complicate it to make it work. The old philosophy of “Keep it Simple” is truly the key to aquaponics. Within this book I wanted to simplify aquaponics from what it is and how it works, through to different designs and the fish to match.
I have helped many people to build and maintain their own aquaponics systems successfully with just 5 minutes per day tending ~ healthy food for the family, and a relaxing place to let go of the day.
It all comes down to understanding some fundamentals and joining the dots and this book does that. A comprehensive book that breaks everything down, making it easy to understand and build your own.
Healthy food is a right, not a privilege and this book helps you to get there

Joel P.
"I learned a lot, including why I haven't done well with a fish tank. Now I know I can get aquaponics to work despite previous failures"
Greg T.
"You show your knowledge by how well you break everything down. I love how you write as you speak. I was at one of your events and your passion for aquaponics is inspiring"

Is this a paperback book?
This is a digital book, not a physical book. As a passionate environmentalist, I had to weigh up my design to get the knowledge out there vs the waste that occurs with print books.
It is a comprehensive digital book with over 250 A5 sized pages filled with pictures, diagrams and information to help you on your journey. I wanted to cover main points to really make the next steps easier for people.
The aim of this digital book was break down all the jargon that is commonly used now, and simplify it in a way to make it easy to understand. Therefore, I write as I would speak, removing the 'industry' talk and talk to you, from human to human helping you to understand.
